Job summary

INTERMASS ENG. & CONT. CO. LLC seeks a Lead on-site execution specialist for facade works on high-rise projects.

You will coordinate installation activities, manage logistics, review drawings, and provide engineering support to ensure quality and constructability. Collaboration with MEP, architectural and structural teams is essential. The role requires a civil/architectural background and 8+ years in building construction, with strong problem-solving and logistics management skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years in building construction projects, preferably high-rise.
• Strong background in façade systems, GRC, and aluminum works.
• Proven façade site coordination and logistics management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with good technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of facade works including aluminum systems GRC elements and associated facade components.
• Coordinate installation activities for high-rise building facade systems.
• Manage facade logistics including material delivery storage access planning and installation sequencing.
• Review shop drawings and technical submittals ensuring proper implementation and constructability.
• Provide engineering support and resolve technical issues related to facade systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including facade lighting architectural structural and MEP teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project schedules quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Conduct inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Report progress and highlight risks or delays affecting facade works.
