Project Engineer (Façade)

Job description

· Review project specifications, facade design drawings, and technical submittals.

· Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and method statements.

· Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of facade components.

· Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve design and technical issues.

· Ensure compliance with facade engineering codes, standards, and safety requirements.

· Support the preparation of material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.

· Track progress of facade works and ensure milestones are met according to the master schedule.

· Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation and testing.

· Assist in resolving site issues related to facade installation and quality.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on facade work progress, issues, and coordination.
