Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Team in preparing accurate and timely project status updates.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned project activities and tasks.
• Maintain daily coordination with consultants and contractors to confirm project requirements are addressed and agreed timelines are followed.
• Prepare overall project progress reports covering relevant design and construction activities.
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other project participants to provide technical support throughout delivery.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions where required.
• Assist in developing strategies that support successful project delivery across design, construction, and maintenance considerations.
• Monitor project performance in relation to time, quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Identify issues that could affect delivery timelines and support actions aimed at minimizing project delays.
• Provide technical input and design coordination support as projects move through their respective delivery stages.
