Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Delivery Support

• Support the Delivery Team in coordinating assigned activities across development projects.
• Assist Senior Project Managers and Project Managers with technical and operational aspects of project delivery.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned project tasks to support established timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants, contractors, and other project participants.
• Monitor the progress of assigned activities and highlight potential delays or coordination issues.
• Support the implementation of project delivery strategies during design and construction.
• Contribute to effective coordination between project stakeholders to help achieve delivery objectives.

Project Progress Monitoring and Reporting

• Prepare project status updates and overall progress reports for management review.
• Monitor assigned project activities against planned schedules and delivery requirements.
• Collect and organize relevant project information to support accurate progress reporting.
• Identify progress concerns and communicate them to the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.
• Assist in tracking project milestones and the completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide timely updates on technical issues, project developments, and outstanding activities.
• Support management decision-making through clear and accurate project reporting.

Design Coordination and Technical Support

• Provide technical input during project design and construction stages.
• Review engineering deliverables and identify matters requiring clarification or corrective action.

• Participate in design coordination activities to support effective project execution.
