Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of experience in project reporting within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong skills in MS Excel and Power BI are essential, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analyses and forecasting summaries.
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Client standards and contractual obligations.
• Present findings to project managers and external stakeholders.

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain project dashboards usingExcel,Power BI, andAI-assisted toolsfor enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data fromdifferent stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generateweekly and monthly progress reports, includingvariance analysesandforecasting summaries.

• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns withbaseline schedules.
• Monitor Resource Planning and performroot cause analysisfor deviations.

• Ensure all reports comply withClient standardsandcontractual obligations.
• Maintain a structured repository ofhistorical reports,change logs, andaudit trails.

• Present findings toproject managers,senior leadership, andexternal stakeholders.
• Supportproject reviews,audits, andStakeholder meetingswith tailored reporting packages.
