This role will focus on developing and delivering project dashboards, ensuring transparency, and aligning with client reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in project reporting within the Oil & Gas sector, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven expertise in reporting for large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Consolidate data to produce integrated reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team.
• Monitor Resource Planning and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Client standards.
• Maintain a repository of historical reports.
• Present findings to project managers and stakeholders.
• Support project reviews and audits.

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making ensure transparency and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards usingExcelPower BI andAI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data fromdifferent stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generateweekly and monthly progress reports includingvariance analyses andforecasting summaries.
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns withbaseline schedules.
