Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and interior fitout works onsite.
2. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
5. Prepare daily and weekly reports, and assist in resource planning and cost control.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in interior fitout and civil construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with local regulations and authority approvals.
7. Experienced professionals in the Joinery FitOut industry with 10 years in the UAE or GCC.
