Job summary
Ali & Sons Real Estate – Sole Proprietorship LLC invites a proactive Projects Engineer / Architect to join our IFM/PMO Division in Abu Dhabi. You will lead architectural design and development for commercial projects while coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
The role requires a strong background in architectural engineering, plus 5+ years of experience in project coordination within a consulting context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural engineering/project coordination within a consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development across commercial projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review contractor payments, claims, and project documentation
- Support project closeout, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover processes
