Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from the kick-off meeting to final project delivery.
2. Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications throughout the project.
3. Managing vendor relations, serving as the main point of communication for suborders placed during the project.
4. Coordinating with the customer on deliverables and addressing technical discussions that arise during execution.
5. Ensuring the project progresses according to the planned schedule and works to expedite its completion.
6. Leading the project kick-off meeting with the client to initiate the project.
7. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Planning and scheduling project activities while setting clear delivery timelines.
9. Managing milestone completions and overseeing the invoicing process.
10. Providing guidance to junior engineers throughout the project's execution phase.
11. Identifying and resolving challenges to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
12. Communicating project progress and potential issues to management.
13. Working with subcontractors to pinpoint bottlenecks and address issues that reduce project completion time.

Daily tasks and activities:

1. Participating in progress meetings with clients.
2. Maintaining communication with clients.
3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring regular follow-ups.
4. Following up with sub-vendors on material delivery and expediting as needed.
5. Preparing and submitting progress reports to clients.
6. Coordinating documentation with sub-vendors and customers.
7. Preparing and submitting supporting documents for change orders.
8. Developing and updating a procurement plan for the project.
9. Addressing and resolving issues and challenges that emerge during project execution.
10. Monitoring progress against the established plan to ensure timely completion.
