Job Scope
The Project Engineer - Planning and Scheduling (Fabrication Projects) is responsible for developing and controlling the master schedule for fabrication of customized generator canopies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Track daily progress and compare against baseline plans.
• Forecast material and manpower needs and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and Gantt charts.
• Support procurement in identifying lead-time items.
• Raise early warning alerts to management regarding delay risks.
• Participate in internal planning reviews and client progress meetings.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial project scheduling.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of fabrication workflows and machine capacities.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving attitude.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
