• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring that projects remain financially viable throughout their lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing any concerns proactively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining quality assurance throughout the project.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Lead project meetings to discuss status updates, challenges, and next steps, ensuring all voices are heard.
