Job Description

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor ongoing work and ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and ensure quality control during installation of sports flooring systems.
• Attend and actively participate in site meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Manage multiple project sites, keeping track of progress, site conditions, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily work completion reports, highlighting progress, delays, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Oversee manpower allocation and handling – ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontracted works to ensure compliance with the project scope and timelines.
• Liaise with the drafting team to coordinate and review shop drawings, ensuring they reflect site conditions and installation requirements.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and used efficiently on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of site activities, inspections, and communications.
• Attend inspections and coordinate with the foreman to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant site experience, preferably in sports flooring or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of installation procedures for various sports flooring systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
