We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer - Civil with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 3 years with a reputable Consultant firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection and supervision of luxury residential and high-rise tower projects within the UAE. This role involves overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily site inspections to ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Supervise and verify all civil works including structural, architectural, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and other consultants to address and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute technical input for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote best practices at all times.
• Liaise with the project team to report findings, risks, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in civil construction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Consultant firm (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven track record in luxury residential and high-rise building projects.
• Sound knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and compliance.
