Assist in the execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Manage day-to-day project activities, including contractor coordination, resource allocation, and workforce management.
Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are achieved.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Work closely with the Construction Manager to lead and coordinate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Assist in monitoring procurement, material inventory, and logistics to prevent shortages and delays.
Assist in identifying potential project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain regular project progress reports, tracking key milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve project issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer on high-rise building projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety codes, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
