OUTLINE JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to: Projects Manager

Location: Dubai - UAE

The Company:

C R P Air Conditioning Services, Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company specializing in HVAC and Cleanroom services for the Pharmaceutical and Electronics industries.

Main Purpose of Role:

To support the receipt and processing of orders and to manage projects within established timescales, budgets, and customer requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Perform a variety of project management activities related to specific product supply or system-related projects.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing allocated projects from order acceptance through to delivery and revenue receipt. This includes engaging with clients and visiting customer sites.
• Plan projects and monitor order progress, coordinating with Group manufacturing facilities and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to specifications and budget.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with customers to keep them informed of order progress and relevant information while understanding and responding to changes in customer requirements, project timelines, and other factors to safeguard the Company's position.
• Provide technical information and advice to customers and colleagues as necessary.
• Negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
• Coordinate activities with purchasing and logistics.
• Offer coordination and support at project sites, including testing, commissioning, and final sign-off of the plant.
• Monitor progress and prepare monthly project status reports.
• Report non-conformances throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and prepare invoice reports.
• Handle customer claims during the warranty period and support after-sales activities.

Person Specification/Profile

Academic & Other Requirements:

• A solid educational background, preferably with an Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience managing HVAC projects and knowledge of HVAC systems; exposure to the Cleanroom industry is preferred.
• Excellent persuasion, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to convey complex and potentially disappointing information calmly and professionally, even in hostile situations.
• Resilient individual who can work through difficult problems, develop strategies for improvement, and prevent repeat scenarios.
• Self-starter capable of working independently, managing a demanding workload through effective prioritization, and completing tasks quickly and accurately.
• Experience in project management with a proven ability to successfully plan, organize, prioritize, and implement multiple activities within tight deadlines. Capability to understand and interpret contract terms and conditions. Direct customer contact experience is preferred.
• Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office software; experience with CAD systems is advantageous, and training will be provided on Company-specific software systems.
• Flexible approach and strong team-working capabilities, willing to support colleagues in achieving Company priorities and objectives.
• Willingness and aptitude for continuing personal development, enhancing technical awareness and product/application knowledge.
