Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and hardscaping projects from start to finish

• Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and work execution plans

• Supervise and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution

• Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications, budget, and safety standards

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues

• Support procurement planning, cost control, and documentation processes

• Prepare and present progress reports and participate in client and site meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, renovation, or hardscaping projects

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
