General Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for this role, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the organization and in-depth knowledge of operations and business development within the department. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within your assigned region. This includes building and nurturing relationships with key clients, projects and markets to better understand their service needs. You will define the scope of services, negotiate deliverables and close business deals with both current and potential clients. Additionally, this role may involve managing specific project assignments, such as launching new ventures, expanding service lines and establishing ACTION in new regions.
