Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Expertise in delivering engineering coordination: Oversee MEP design documents, planning, scheduling, and activities across all project phases.
2. Preparation and review of engineering documents: Create and review method statements, equipment schedules, MAR, ITP, pre-commissioning checklists, commissioning reports, and engineering drawings such as HVAC layouts, CHW piping and ducting layouts, SLDs, power & control cable schedules, and interconnection diagrams for client approval.
3. Knowledge of codes and compliance: Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC standards, and local building codes including ADNOC, ADWEA, DEWA standards.
4. Technical support and team leadership: Provide technical assistance to site teams and lead teams including supervisors and assistant engineers.
5. Coordination: Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project progress as per planned schedule.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Industry Preference: Offshore retrofit HVAC projects / Expertise in HVAC
