Job Responsibilities:
  1. General: Assist the Project Manager in reviewing plans and proposals, preparing status reports, and monitoring budgets, subcontractors, and schedules.
  2. Meetings: Attend project kick-off and progress meetings; update project status.
  3. Client Orders and Scope Changes: Review client orders or letters of intent, check for deviations, and ensure the recovery of all extras. Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on all correspondence.
  4. Documentation: Ensure availability of latest purchase orders, clearly define scope of work, submit and follow up on QC documents, engineering submissions, and technical queries.
  5. Project Management: Obtain commitments from subcontractors and departmental heads, produce weekly and monthly status reports, and discuss project issues with the Project Manager.
  6. Cost and Financial Control: Implement cost control procedures, raise alteration requests, and ensure provisions for anticipated difficulties.
  7. Project Reporting: Generate progress reports and attend review meetings as required.
  8. Program Requirements: Plan engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning sequences; attend program update meetings.
  9. Fabrication: Ensure materials are ordered, follow up on deliveries, and prepare weekly material status reports. Oversee subcontractor work orders and technical issues.
