Job Responsibilities:
- General: Assist the Project Manager in reviewing plans and proposals, preparing status reports, and monitoring budgets, subcontractors, and schedules.
- Meetings: Attend project kick-off and progress meetings; update project status.
- Client Orders and Scope Changes: Review client orders or letters of intent, check for deviations, and ensure the recovery of all extras. Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on all correspondence.
