The incumbent will lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of large-scale live events, ensuring a seamless blend of creative innovation, operational excellence, and an exceptional audience experience. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight across multiple facets of event production, including sales, marketing, sponsorships, attractions, activities, and on-ground delivery.

The role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders to bring visionary concepts to life. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of live events are executed to the highest standard, on time and within budget, while aligning with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of live event production—from initial concept and strategic planning through to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Drive creative direction in collaboration with content, design, and technical teams to ensure engaging and innovative event experiences.
  • Lead the coordination of cross-departmental teams including production, marketing, sponsorship, sales, operations, and logistics.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to support event goals and enhance audience engagement.
  • Develop and control event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Oversee sales and marketing initiatives for the event, including promotional campaigns, ticketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Secure and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities, ensuring maximum commercial value and brand alignment.
  • Curate and deliver high-quality attractions, activities, and entertainment that enhance the event experience and drive attendance.
  • Monitor on-ground event execution to ensure a safe, smooth, and impactful delivery in accordance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report regularly to the line manager on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for improvement.
