Job description

My client is a global communications agency with a strong focus on experiential marketing. With offices in over 17 locations around the globe, they currently employ over 400 talented individuals.

They are looking to recruit a mid-senior level Account / Project Manager. Candidates must have previous automotive experience, be creative thinkers, and capable of developing concepts for clients. The role involves providing professional leadership to a project team while supporting the Group Head in project management and client support.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional leadership of the project team and crew.
  2. Collaborate on developing and communicating goals and strategies.
  3. Organize and supervise workflows within the group.
  4. Disseminate targeted knowledge.
  5. Act as a role model.
  6. Induct and integrate new employees.
  7. Promote employee identification and team collaboration.
  8. Mediate and support conflict resolution within the group.
  9. Motivate staff and support personnel development.
Project Management
  1. Create concepts, stimuli, and ideas; assess their relevance to the client.
  2. Manage project finances, including advance payments and real-time invoicing to clients and suppliers, if necessary.
  3. Administer client budgets in close cooperation with clients.
  4. Plan pre- and post-event logistics, including onsite implementation.
  5. Report regularly to the Group Head on project status, logistics, and supplier progress.
  6. Develop schedules for installation, transportation, and dismantling of venue equipment.
  7. Create or verify project plans and costings.
  8. Organize and/or implement client presentations.
Client Management
  1. Arrange accommodations, travel plans, including flights, local travel, and visas, as required.
  2. Organize and attend meetings related to logistics.
  3. Handle guest management and workforce coordination.
  4. Provide proactive project support and communicate information to team members.
  5. Research client details and requirements.
Client Support
  1. Support existing clients.
  2. Serve as the first operational contact for clients.
  3. Manage the client database.
Decision-Making Authority
  1. Prepare cost proposals in coordination with the Group Head.
  2. Use professional judgment in project management.
  3. Manage client budgets.
  4. Create and present concepts to clients in coordination with the Group Head.
Skills & Abilities
  1. University degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar role.
  3. Conceptual skills and project management experience.
  4. Confident presentation skills.
  5. Ability to recognize and address client needs.
  6. Immaculate appearance and professional demeanor.
  7. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Previous automotive experience is a must.
