Job description

My client is a global communications agency specializing in experiential marketing, with offices in over 17 locations worldwide and a team of more than 400 talented professionals.

They are seeking to hire a mid to senior level Account / Project Manager with automotive experience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker capable of developing concepts for clients and providing professional leadership to project teams. The role involves supporting the Group Head in project management and client relations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading project teams and crew members
  • Collaborating on goals and strategies
  • Organizing workflows within the team
  • Disseminating knowledge effectively
  • Acting as a role model and mentor
  • Onboarding and integrating new employees
  • Fostering team collaboration and motivation
  • Resolving conflicts within the group
Project Management Duties:
  • Developing concepts and assessing their relevance to client needs
Requirements:
  • Managing project finances, including advance payments and invoicing
  • Administering client budgets
  • Planning logistics for pre- and post-event activities, including onsite execution
  • Providing regular updates to the Group Head
  • Scheduling installation, transportation, and dismantling of venue equipment
  • Creating and verifying project plans and costings
  • Organizing client presentations
Client Management:
  • Arranging accommodations, travel, and visas as needed
  • Organizing meetings and handling guest logistics
  • Providing proactive project support and communication
  • Researching client details and requirements
Client Support:
  • Supporting existing clients
  • Serving as the first operational contact for clients
  • Managing the client database
Decision-Making Authority:
  • Preparing cost proposals with the Group Head
  • Using professional judgment in project management
  • Managing client budgets and presenting concepts
Skills & Abilities:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

Note: Previous automotive experience is a must.
