Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Director - Design to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and execution of consultancy services under contract with our clients. Responsibilities include resource and workload planning, KPIs, deliverables, and building rapport with clients and the consulting team.

The Project Director acts as the company's representative during program execution, interfaces with management and client personnel, monitors contractor performance, negotiates scope changes, and secures additional work. The role involves overseeing project plans, safety, quality assurance, and ensuring deliverables meet criteria. The candidate will plan, direct, supervise, and control all project functions, advise on technical and financial matters, develop budgets and schedules, and manage project milestones.

Additional responsibilities include managing scope changes, maintaining change orders, monitoring project progress, leading weekly meetings, and performing other relevant duties.
