Position : Talent Acquisition Officer

Experience Required : Minimum 7 years in Talent Acquisition within contracting companies , preferably in infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs
• Manage talent pipelines for key technical and project-based roles
• Ensure timely and quality hiring in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Represent the company in career fairs and recruitment events

Candidate Profile :

• Proven recruitment experience (7+ years) in UAE-based contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure project staffing needs
• Familiar with UAE labor market dynamics and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
