PROJECT DIRECTOR - CIVIL required urgently for a reputed High Rise Building Construction Company in UAE:

• Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects and directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build process.
• Validate project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisions
• Provide management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability.
• Excellent coordination skills and team management.

• Civil / Architecture Engineering qualified
• Over 20 years proven experience in managing major high rise building projects in UAE & GCC
• Strong technical, commercial, and contractual background
• Expertise in cost, revenue, quality, safety, construction, project management from start to finish
