Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director with expertise in interior fit-out projects and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee and manage multiple teams, including project managers, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for interior fit-out projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Oversee a project team consisting of at least 5 project managers, ensuring effective delegation of tasks, clear communication, and adherence to project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project flow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure high-quality standards and specifications are met, maintaining the integrity of the project design and execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
  

• Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more project managers.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of project flow, cost control, and resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
