The project:

Luxury masterplan development consisting of best-in-class hospitality/hotels, residences, and retail assets. This is a long-term, multi-year project offering the opportunity to work through early project phases into delivery and beyond.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:
  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • Advanced knowledge of health and safety regulations (or local equivalent).
  • Relevant technical, leadership, and management qualifications.
  • Established industry network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Deep knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure, and property sectors.
  • Proven innovator with a track record of high-value innovations.
  • Highly regarded in the sector, operating at high compliance levels.
  • Extensive sector-specific experience in delivering major projects across all phases.
  • Leadership experience managing large teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Construction skills certification (e.g., CSCS or equivalent).
  • Professional certifications such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE (or local equivalents).
