On behalf of a prestigious client, we are seeking a highly experienced Projects Director to lead and oversee capital development, infrastructure, and fit-out initiatives across multiple operating divisions. This strategic role is based in Fujairah, UAE and is ideal for candidates with a background in large-scale engineering or construction project governance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project governance across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Provide advisory to subsidiaries on project planning, vendor selection, and execution monitoring.
• Oversee project feasibility reviews, budget control, risk mitigation, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.) for project compliance.
• Build internal frameworks for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Project Management or MBA preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/director role.
• Strong command of project management tools, cost control, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight.
