Your Contribution to CTG:

We seek a Technology Director with over 15 years of experience in the Telco Industry (Network & IT), with a comprehensive understanding of CTG's portfolio and technologies. This role involves integrating multiple disciplines to develop the digital-native telco of the future, collaborating with leadership to identify new business opportunities, and representing CTG to C-level Telco customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build trusted advisor relationships with Telco C-level executives to understand their needs and challenges.
2. Represent CTG at major global Telco organizations and groups (e.g., GSMA, CFCA).
3. Design, estimate, present, and implement tailored solutions for clients.
4. Provide technical and strategic input during pre-sales to align with customer expectations.

Industry Visibility:

1. Represent HCLTech-CTG at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions.
2. Create content such as white papers, blogs, and case studies to highlight our expertise.
3. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
4. Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise Required:

1. Proficiency in telecommunication systems and data-driven business applications.
2. Expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP), cloud architecture, and ecosystems.
3. Deep knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka, and databases.
4. Hands-on experience with machine learning, Python, and data science methodologies.
5. Skills in data management, OLAP reporting, and advanced analytics, including complex event processing systems.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

1. Over 15 years of experience as a solution architect, presales, or business development professional in the Telco industry (Network & IT).
2. Global experience with a focus on the EMEA market.
3. Recognition as a trusted advisor by customers and telco communities.
4. Proficiency in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proven experience working with customers during presales and delivery phases.
7. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify industry trends and align them with organizational goals.
8. Passionate about technology and staying ahead in the fast-evolving Telco industry.
