Project Director

We are looking for a Project Director who encompasses a real passion for details and materials. By integrating the needs of clients and the essence of each subject, the candidate should be able to redefine conventional notions of architecture, challenging norms, technical solutions, and inspiring teams and the client to rethink the possibilities of design. A previous experience in managing teams, stakeholders, authorities, and deadlines is required.

The candidate should be capable of managing and overseeing all teams involved in the design process. This includes defining the deliverables and establishing the project schedule to ensure the required quality and standards are achieved within the specified timeline. He/She must also ensure that all drawings are accurately completed by providing clear hand sketches, references, and technical specifications to guide the team toward achieving the desired technical and aesthetic final result.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on hospitality and residential projects.
2. Extensive experience managing projects from concept to completion.
3. Background in Interior Design is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of detailed drawings, material specifications, and construction processes.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Excel is essential.
6. Proficiency in Revit is a must.
7. Fluent in professional English (both written and spoken).
