As Project Director, you will hold full responsibility for the successful delivery of flagship projects — from early concept and planning through to handover. You’ll be at the centre of innovation, managing multidisciplinary teams, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring projects are delivered to world-class standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

What You’ll Be Leading:

• Complex, multi-billion-dirham residential and mixed-use developments
• Full project lifecycle from feasibility to delivery
• Coordination between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record delivering major projects on behalf of Tier 1 developers or top-tier PMC firms with strong client-side exposure
• Strategic leadership and operational control of multi-phase developments
• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction and development ecosystem
• Excellent commercial awareness, risk management, and negotiation skills
