Project Director – Civil Engineering & Marine

Salary: 85-95,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical

Major Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Project worth 2 Billion AED based on Abu Dhabi Island. Employer is a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main Contractor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering projects over 650 Million AED in the UAE for Tier 1 Marine & Civil Engineering Main Contractors.
• Full lifecycle management of EPC projects, from bid submission to handover and final account.
• Experience in dredging, ports, highways, utilities, power stations, and airport works.

Project scope includes:

• Concrete substructures
• Wet & dry utilities
• Water sea intake
• Complex pumps & MEP systems for landmark entertainment projects
• Pavement works
• Large-scale earthworks

Candidate profile:

• Eye for detail and exceptional communication skills
• Civil Engineering Degree (attested for quick processing)
• 15+ years postgraduate experience
• UAE experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for Tier 1 Civil Engineering Main Contractor
• Ability to stay calm and focused
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams
• Experience managing and closing commercial issues
• Available to start before mid-August 2025
