About the Role :

Kariera Group Recruitment Services is actively seeking a Project Director PMC Oil & Gas – Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a global engineering consultancy and work on their major iconic Oil and Gas project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of large projects by directing a project manager or team of project managers / area managers.
2. Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or exceeded. Achieve or better the budgeted gross.
3. Provide strong HSE leadership.
4. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
5. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
7. Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
9. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
10. Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements :

• Strong track record in project management with similar EPC / PMC contractors in the oil / gas sector, with recent years as a Project Manager or Director managing high-value EPC / PMC projects.
• Proven experience in executing FEED / EPC contracts for offshore / onshore Oil & Gas / Petrochemical and Marine Projects.
• Hold a BSc degree in an engineering subject; a Masters or PMP certification is preferred.
