Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction (Middle East)

We are partnered with a global leader in data centre delivery who are expanding their presence across the region.

Backed by significant investments and demand from cloud and AI players, the company is embarking on major hyperscale developments - We are seeking a Project Director to lead one of their most high-profile data centre construction programmes.

The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major data centre construction project in the GCC, from design through to commissioning.

• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including civil, MEP, BMS, IT/telecom, and critical power infrastructure.

• Interface with key stakeholders: contractors, consultants, internal teams, and clients to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Mitigate project risk, drive quality, and ensure compliance with global hyperscale standards.

• Serve as the main point of leadership for construction strategy and programme execution on site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of project management experience, with proven leadership in large-scale data centre or mission-critical environments.

• Experience delivering complex projects in the Middle East or similar high-growth regions preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, stakeholder management, and project governance.

• A solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.

• Engineering or Construction Management background highly preferred.

Travel:

This role will be based in the Middle East (UAE) with site-based leadership required throughout the build phase.
