AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi seeks a Stakeholder Manager to identify and manage relationships across a D&B rail project. You will develop a stakeholder plan, engage with government bodies, authorities, environment agencies, and local groups to align with project objectives.

The role requires at least 10 years of experience, a Bachelors in Engineering, and knowledge of Abu Dhabi policies. Candidates with residential hospitality or mixed-use project experience are preferred, with strong leadership

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders including clients, government bodies, local authorities, environment agencies, local interest groups and other relevant parties.
• Develop and implement a stakeholder management plan ensuring regular engagement and communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks, providing advice on potential opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders highlighting any stakeholder-related risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with the required departments to ensure compliance with any legal, financial and corporate protocols.
• Drive progression via stakeholder meetings ensuring all stakeholder concerns and requirements are addressed.

Overview The Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with key stakeholders associated with the rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase. This role involves developing and implementing a stakeholder management plan ensuring stakeholders have visibility and input into the project and maintaining alignment with project objectives. The Stakeholder Manager will engage with government bodies local authorities environment agencies local interest groups and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
