Project Coordinator - Zoho to lead and oversee the implementation and coordination of Zoho projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho products, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.
Requirements- Project Management & Coordination:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Zoho implementation projects.
- Coordinate between clients, Zoho developers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project progress, manage deadlines, and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Implementation & Customization:
- Work with Zoho products including Zoho Creator, CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Books, and other Zoho One application.
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and configuration of Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
- Provide guidance and feedback to Zoho developers for custom features and API integrations.
- Client Interaction & Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project life cycles.
- Gather and document client requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve any technical challenges.
- Ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members and clients.
Requirements and Skills:- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho products.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
- Understanding of Deluge scripting, API integration, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is preferred.
- Communication & Organization:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Certifications & Education:
- Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certifications (highly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
