The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues and concerns to avoid project delays.
  • Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
  • Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, authority interface, and permit management within engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi s regulatory and permitting landscape.
  • UAE Nationals (Emiratis) are encouraged to apply.
