As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within IT Infrastructure (Unified Communication & Network).
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within scope.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate projects and ensure that project teams and vendors are aware of their responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, track tasks, and identify and address any potential issues or delays.
- Act as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
- Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project managers and leadership.
- Coordinate and manage projects handover to operation team.
- Assist in building policies and procedures for smooth operation and projects.
- Supervise and guide the operation team for efficient ISP billing and reduce OPEX cost.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- Assisting Project Managers: an assistant to project managers. Responsibilities might include basic administrative tasks, document management, and providing support in project planning.
- Documentation: responsible for maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
- Communication: assist in facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients. This may involve scheduling meetings, sending out status updates, and ensuring everyone is informed.
- Task Tracking: Tracking the progress of project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables is an important part of the role. This might involve using project management software or spreadsheets.
- Meeting Coordination: responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring that meetings run smoothly.
- Data Entry: Entering and updating project data, such as budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Telecom/ISP Experience: Ability to manage telecom and ISP assets.
