Project Coordinator Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and monitoring project lists, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
2. Preparing quotation and submittals.
3. Following up with clients/contractors and updating the status of the project on a weekly basis.
4. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
5. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
6. Ensuring project deadlines are met.
7. Providing administrative support as needed.
8. Undertaking project tasks as required.
9. Developing project strategies.
10. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
11. Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
12. Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
13. Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
14. Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
15. Preparing schedules and monitoring progress.
16. Coordinating with the subcontractor on daily and weekly tasks.
17. Conducting client meetings and presenting progress.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical or equivalent).
2. 0-3 years of experience (Freshers are also welcome).
3. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Software knowledge – MS Projects/Dailux is preferred.
6. UAE Driving License + Vehicle (Mandatory).
7. On Parents Visa Sponsorship (Mandatory).
