Job Title: Interior Designer

Coordinate with design consultants, fit-out contractors, and all types of vendors.
Review drawings and communicate with the site teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with design codes and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of high-end material specification.
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure they match the design intent.
Participate in all meeting reviews and presentations with the consultants.
Review lighting packages (interiors).
Able to propose interior design solutions and design presentations.
Review FF&E packages and shop drawings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Maintain databases, ensuring that all documents are stored correctly and in line with the confidentiality policy of the company.
Track Design Change Requests (DCR), Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI), and Requests for Information (RFI) and built drawings to ensure all such requests are resolved.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience: Proven experience (4 years) as an interior designer with a design consultant or interior design studio.
Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and familiar with Adobe Suite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
