A leading company in the region is seeking a Project Executive to oversee the execution of innovation projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities for product launches and updates. Job Title: Project Executive – Innovation Activities
Duration: 1 Year (Contract – Until Mid Next Year)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the execution of innovation projects. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring timely implementation of new product launches and portfolio updates, and maintaining alignment with regional strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in project coordination within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of innovation projects including new product launches and portfolio re-stages.
• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.).
• Coordinate project meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Facilitate communication between local and regional/global stakeholders (R&D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• Contribute to post-launch reviews and performance analysis.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with internal processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in:
- Project coordination or support roles.
-Working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or innovation-driven environment.
-Exposure to product development or supply chain processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
• Experience in the FMCG or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with New Product Development (NPD) processes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
