Job description

Job Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day project administration and execution of the work within the assigned geographic area.

Job Duties/Roles

  1. Direct the day-to-day general office, duties and administrative activity.
  2. Prepare quotations for clients.
  3. Coordinate scheduling and staffing of projects.
  4. Check reports for sub-contractors to issue to clients and ensure inspection reports are received in time and forwarded to all concerned.
  5. Follow up with staff and clients to ensure that the work was completed on schedule and to the clients satisfaction.
  6. Resolve work related client issues including scope of work, quality of work and billing.
  7. Prepare monthly cash flow and monthly revenue margin
  8. Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)

  1. Basic understanding of administration including client billing, maintaining accurate time sheets, and office procedures.
  2. Proficient in MS Office, other ERPs – Oracle, D365.
  3. The ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Key competencies: Communication, Planning & organizing, time management

Minimum years of Experience

2-4 years of experience in Project Administration
