We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between teams, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

Team Coordination Act as a liaison between engineers, contractors, clients, and management.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance.

Budget & Resource Management Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation.

Risk Management Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.

Client Communication Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management].
