Project Coordinator
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively develop client relationships and deliver service levels that meet or exceed expectations.
2. Diligently handle and coordinate freight forwarding activities.
3. Maintain positive, compliant contact with vendors, carriers, and sub-contractors.
4. Oversee and coordinate freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and road transport modes.
5. Identify challenges and propose practical, timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
6. Contribute to KPI achievement (personal & departmental).
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and superiors.
8. Contribute to the improvement of customer SOPs.
9. Uphold deugro's culture of continuous improvement in quality, compliance, health & safety, and security.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Process sales and vendor invoices.
12. Update POs on tracking systems promptly and proactively.
13. Ensure data quality measures are followed.
14. Generate and review documentation accurately and swiftly.
15. Follow lawful directions given by management.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or similar.
2. Understanding of daily operations in sea, air, and road freight forwarding.
3. 3-5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding roles.
4. Hands-on field operations experience.
5. Proven project coordination and execution skills.
6. High commitment to customer satisfaction.
7. Proficiency in freight forwarding software (e.g., Axis, Cargosoft).
8. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
9. Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. High attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Initiative-driven and proactive.
13. Flexible, committed, and goal-oriented.
