Job summary

Arena Projects in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project management and production teams, ensuring smooth activation and production processes across interiors projects. Based in Dubai, UAE, you will coordinate from design through delivery and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in interiors, events, or exhibitions, with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in CAD reading and MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Working as a member of the core interiors team, to follow Arena projects from design to delivery.
• Undertaking all aspects of project coordination including estimation, BOQ creation, planning sourcing & purchasing.
• Coordinating both inhouse & subcontract teams.
• Obtaining estimates and competitive quotes from suppliers.
• Briefing and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Sourcing and building new relationships with suppliers.
• Working with project management teams to ensure budgets are followed and margins maintained.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Objective

Working in conjunction with the Project Management and Production team to facilitate all aspects of production and activation works across Arena Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as a member of the core interiors team, to follow Arena projects from design to delivery.
• Undertaking all aspects of project coordination including estimation, BOQ creation, planning sourcing & purchasing.
• Coordinating both inhouse & subcontract teams.
• Obtaining estimates and competitive quotes from suppliers.

Education and Experience

• Minimum High school graduate.
