Job Description

  • Manage and track tenders using Smartsheet.
  • Ensure all tender documents are properly saved and organized on the server.
  • Draft quotation documents in Microsoft Word by inserting client and project details, including copy and paste quotes.
  • Pin project locations
  • Plot permeability values as required.
  • Check and review online tender portal
  • Prepare the monthly dewatering tender dashboard report.
  • Handle the compilation and submission of client requirements such as NDAs, Pre-Qualification Documents (PQDs), and Vendor Registrations.
  • Assist in preparing draft word technical tender submittals such as MSRAs, ITPs, calculations, correct response sheet, project requisition sheet (PRS), etc.
  • Send tender-related RFIs via email and issue regret letters for tenders not being pursued.
  • Organize and document hand-delivered tenders, including submission forms and relevant documentation.
  • Support the NOC applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
