Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define improvements for the bulk upload tool, including addressing common problems faced.
  • Build system settings, organizational charts, and job roles as per the Implementation Document.
  • Perform quality checks on client data uploaded to SharePoint prior to system build; provide detailed reports to PMs highlighting missing or non-compliant data.
  • Verify SharePoint files for missing information during implementation, aligning with the above point.
  • Handle medical policy and medical card uploads.
  • Update CRM once the system is live.
  • Manage document uploads until the bulk upload tool handles this process.
  • Rectify issues on the client system after HR Admin access is granted.
  • Create comprehensive dummy profiles on client systems demonstrating all functionalities (e.g., Leave, Advances) for employee training.
  • Implement modifications to the client system post HR Admin access.
  • Develop goals and review features for stage 2 of the PM platform, if required.
  • Draft email responses for common client queries before rollout and after HR Admin access, and submit them to the PM for feedback; future responses can be handled directly by them.
