Project Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week

Role Overview

We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Project Coordinator to support ongoing rollout activities across multiple client sites. This is a coordination-heavy role involving stakeholder communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all operational and technical workflows are well-synchronized, resources are mobilized on time, and execution is smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule multi-departmental tasks to support client project launches and ongoing service activities.
  • Liaise between internal teams (field, technical, support) to ensure process adherence and timely execution.
  • Maintain trackers, update internal systems, and ensure all documentation is accurate and centrally managed.
  • Anticipate and flag operational bottlenecks; work cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
  • Assist with ongoing quality control, performance reporting, and administrative organization.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or operational planning roles; F&B experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and cross-functional workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly skilled in multitasking, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Excel, task tracking tools, scheduling calendars, and collaborative documentation systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in owning coordination across departments.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
