Job description

Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive support to the Strategy Planning (SP) function in Corporate Services by effectively coordinating and executing multiple projects and initiatives. This role demands strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, prepare high-quality presentations and reports, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and uphold robust project management office (PMO) practices and performance governance standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Management: • Collaborate with the Strategy Planning Manager to plan, execute, and close projects that align with the strategic objectives of Corporate Services. • Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication and execution across multiple projects with diverse stakeholders. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget. • Identify potential risks and obstacles promptly, proposing actionable solutions to ensure timely project delivery. • Assist in preparing key project documents, including project charters, RACI matrices, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare, review, and consolidate comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics for the Strategy Planning Manager and senior leadership. • Maintain an organized and accessible repository for all project-related documents, ensuring compliance with governance standards and facilitating knowledge sharing. • Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement and future reference. Stakeholder Management: • Serve as a liaison between the Strategy Planning team and other Corporate Services functions, fostering clear and consistent communication. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings effectively, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. • Build and sustain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes. Presentation & Communication: • Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations tailored to various audiences, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with corporate branding. • Support the preparation of briefing materials, executive summaries, and strategic communications for senior management presentations. • Ensure that key project outcomes, updates, and success stories are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders. PMO & Performance Governance: • Support the Strategy Planning Manager in implementing and refining project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with Corporate Services’ governance framework. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Specific knowledge and skills: • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset. • Presentation: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong sense of design and attention to detail. • Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and generate actionable insights. • Organizational: Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. • Interpersonal: Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within a corporate environment. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
