Project Coordinator

Minimum Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Take all precautions to protect the environment.
2. Work in a manner that ensures both self-safety and the safety of co-workers.
3. Participate in company internal and other required training programs as mandated by management.
4. Participate in daily toolbox talks and follow instructions from site coordinators/crew leaders.
5. Use and maintain all safety devices provided for job execution.
6. Maintain and properly use all tools under control and use the appropriate tools for the job.
7. Report for work in suitable clothing and attire that does not pose hazards.
8. Perform work safely and alertly, being aware of unseen dangers.
9. Prioritize safety over task completion, avoiding sacrifice of safety for productivity.
10. Keep work areas clean and maintain good housekeeping.
11. Perform film interpretation in accordance with approved procedural requirements.
12. Identify the techniques used as per project requirements.
13. Perform densitometer calibrations and demonstrations following project-specific procedures.
14. Verify joint details on films as per client requests.
15. Classify indications from actual discontinuities, weld geometry, and film artifacts.
16. Interpret specific code requirements related to Radiographic Testing.
17. Assess sensitivity requirements and evaluate indications against acceptance criteria.
18. Prepare final radiographic examination reports following approved formats.
19. Submit timesheets punctually and ensure timely communication with the office.
20. Be aware of other NDT methods and collaborate with multi-method teams for report and timesheet submissions.
21. Perform inspection activities aligned with project scope and site conditions to optimize resources.
